I was lucky enough to attend a media dinner last night for True Food Kitchen, the newest restaurant (& location for the True Food Kitchen family) to hit Boca Raton. What makes True Food Kitchen different from other establishments? For starters, it’s the collaboration of integrative medicine expert Dr. Andrew Weil & nine-time James Beard Award nominee for Restaurateur of the Year Sam Fox. Add to the mix Executive Chef Brian Stevenson & the results? Amazingly delicious! I was prepared to think it was going to be a name power game & the food would be ok, but, I was so off base.
The food was phenomenal!! Delicious, healthy, fresh, creative & did I mention delicious? Oh yeah – I did! The menu is perfect, with something for everyone, including gluten free, vegetarian & vegan choices. True Food Kitchen offers everything from organic cocktails to gluten & vegan desserts. The tasty pizzas, salads, sandwiches & entrees are innovative & fabulous. Hubby was very happy, and when he’s happy…
Something else to look forward to… True Food Kitchen’s regularly rotating menu enables the restaurant to merge wholesome seasonal ingredients and simple preparations, allowing foodies to experience produce at the peak of its freshness and flavor.
I highly recommend True Food Kitchen. With a fun, boisterous, crowd, ample bar space, & open concept kitchen, it’s a winner. Terrific service as well. We will definately be regulars.
