🍣 Sushi! 🍣

Fabulous new sushi menu at @maxs_grille in Boca Raton!

Seriously the freshest, most delicious sushi we’ve had in 🤔 well, can’t remember.

Hamache Jalapeño Crudo, and a Spicy Tuna Roll was followed by the Garden Roll and California Roll (which we made into a Rainbow Roll), and we finished it off with the Mizner Roll. I guess you could say we were on a roll. 😂

Max’s sushi menu was created and crafted by Sushi Chef Tony Buemi (Nobu, Italy fame) who has earned quite a following with his unique spins on traditional sushi favorites.

I’m holding Buemi’s Spicy Tuna Pop Roll, comprised of #1 yellowfin tuna, spicy mayo, jalapeno, avocado, cucumber, scallions topped with pop rocks, rice pearls, and wasabi sesame seeds; and his Mizner Roll comprised of hamachi, spicy tuna, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, rice pearls, crispy shallots, and eel sauce. Yum!

The sushi menu is currently available Tuesday through Saturday starting at 4pm; expanding to lunch and daily soon.

Exceptional service, drinks, and yes, the same delicious menu locals know and love (for almost 30 years!!), but the newly added sushi menu? Off the charts!

As for @miznerpark, it was definitely busy, but we kept our distance, ate outside, and stayed safe. The restaurant was taking all precautions which made us feel comfortable.
