How do you describe the trip of a lifetime? Words seem inadequate to capture the magic of my recent adventure in Florence, Italy with Laura Geller Beauty. I’m still floating on cloud nine, overwhelmed with gratitude for an experience that touched my heart in so many ways.

The Perfect Beginning

Our journey began on May 1st with the warmest welcome imaginable. After settling into the breathtaking Hotel Tenuta di Artimino—a slice of paradise nestled in the Tuscan countryside—we were whisked away to a stunning villa for our welcome dinner.

The evening unfolded like a dream: beautiful music filled the air, exquisite food graced our table, and those Tuscan sunset views… I could go on forever about how the golden light painted the landscape in hues that seemed almost too perfect to be real.

Beauty Innovations and Italian Wine: A Perfect Pairing

On our second day, we worked on creating content for an upcoming product launch (it’s still under wraps, but trust me—you’ll want this one!). I hesitate to even call it “work” because the experience was pure joy from start to finish.

That afternoon, we visited two magnificent wineries—Casalvento and Livernano. The scenery took my breath away at every turn, and the wines? Simply divine. The vineyard owner shared fascinating stories about the history and traditions behind these Italian treasures, adding another layer of richness to our experience.

Learning from the Queen Herself

Our third day featured Laura’s masterclass—an absolute highlight of the trip. Learning makeup tips and techniques directly from Laura Geller herself was both inspiring and enlightening. She introduced me to products I’d never tried before, and I’m already incorporating her expert advice into my daily routine.

Exploring Florence: Tourist Mode Activated

After our beauty immersion, we had free time to explore Florence. Wandering the cobblestone streets, marveling at the Duomo, and savoring perfectly crafted Italian espresso—all while accompanied by the most fabulous women—was pure magic.

Our final evening featured another delicious dinner, made even more special when Laura recognized two birthday celebrations among our group. The night concluded with an exclusive shopping experience at a beautiful leather goods boutique, opened just for our group. The intoxicating scent of fine leather, the craftsmanship of each piece… I may have returned home with a few treasures!

Beyond Beauty Products: A Community of Women

There’s something extraordinary about Laura Geller and her vision. She truly understands mature women—what we want and what we need. And I’m not just talking about perfect makeup for our skin (though she’s mastered that too!). I’m talking about the relationships we crave, the meaningful connections with like-minded women who share our experiences.

This trip brought together women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who take strength from sharing one another’s lives. The conversations, the laughter, the understanding glances—these moments became the true souvenirs of our journey.

Gratitude Overflows

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Laura, Laura Geller Beauty, and the incredible team at ProductionX who orchestrated every detail to perfection. From the excursions to the meals to the accommodations, we were treated like royalty.

I feel so honored to have been included in this extraordinary experience. It wasn’t just a trip—it was a celebration of beauty, friendship, and the joy of being women who support each other through every stage of life.
